That breadth is deliberate. Most businesses do not have a purely technical problem — they have a revenue problem, a manual-work problem, or a visibility problem. The right fix might be a custom application, a rebuilt storefront, or a script that quietly runs every night. Being comfortable across all three means recommending the cheapest thing that actually works, rather than the only thing on the shelf.

You deal with that engineer directly, from the first scoping call through to handover. Nothing gets relayed through an account manager, which is the main reason decisions take hours here instead of weeks.

How does pricing work?

Fixed price per agreed scope, not hourly. After a scoping call you get a written proposal that itemises every deliverable with its own cost, so you can see exactly what you are paying for and cut anything you do not need. Small automation work is usually the cheapest and highest-return place to start. Larger platforms are quoted in phases so you can commit incrementally rather than all at once.

How long will it take?

It depends entirely on scope, and you will get a dated milestone schedule in your proposal rather than a vague estimate. As rough guidance: a marketing site or storefront is measured in weeks, a custom web application in months, and a focused automation script often in days. Whatever the number is, you see a working preview every week, so progress is never a mystery.

How do payments and milestones work?

Work is split into milestones, each tied to something you can open and use. You pay per milestone as it is delivered, so you are never far ahead of the value received. The schedule and amounts are fixed in the proposal before anything starts.

Who owns the code and the accounts?

You do, entirely. Repositories, hosting, domains, and third-party accounts are created in your name and handed over with credentials and documentation. Nothing is locked inside a proprietary platform, and you can take the work elsewhere at any point without renegotiating.

Can you take over an existing project?

Often, yes. It starts with a paid audit of the current codebase so we can tell you honestly whether it is better to continue with it or rebuild. You get that assessment in writing either way, with no obligation to proceed with us afterwards.

How do you work across time zones?

Everything is delivered remotely, with overlapping hours kept for calls with US and European clients. All written communication happens in a shared channel with decisions documented, so progress never depends on both parties being online at the same moment.

What happens after launch?

Every project includes 30 days of support for bugs and small adjustments. After that you can move to a monthly retainer for ongoing work, or simply take the handover documentation and manage it in-house. Both are genuinely fine — the project is built to be maintainable by someone else.
